Christine brings over 24 years of Operational Management Experience with a focus on streamlining business processes, increasing customer/employee satisfaction, and growing business revenue. Additionally, she has extensive experience in Sales, Training and Recruiting. With nearly a decade in Real Estate, she has been able to leverage her business background to assist Blackstream and their agents with developing and growing each of their unique businesses and brands while continuing to cultivate their passion for the Real Estate Industry into a career.
Re-enforcing the belief of continued improvement through experience and education, she has achieved her Broker License, Real Estate Instructor License, as well as earning her certification for Real Estate Brokerage Management. Christine consistently provides her agents and staff with daily support and enthusiasm in all areas of real estate. It is this type of unwavering agent support and continued growth that demonstrates and supports Blackstream’s values.
Christine has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a dual minor in Marketing and International Business from Ithaca College. She moved from Rochester, NY to Simpsonville in 2006 with her husband and three children. When not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. Positive, Pro-Active, Organized, and Dedicated is the foundation that she builds her work ethic upon.
Joe brings over 40 years of Real Estate experience to the role of Executive Managing Broker for Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate and Blackstream SVN. Joe’s real estate career began in the early 1970s, which ultimately led to becoming Sales Manager for a multi-office company. During this time, Joe’s responsibilities included training new and experienced agents. In 1989 Joe started his own Real Estate Firm in Maryland, where he also became an Instructor with the Realtors Institute of Maryland, teaching “Advanced RE Financing” and “Investment in “Multi Family and Commercial RE”. He would teach these courses for the Association over the next 20 Years.
Joe moved to South Carolina from Maryland in 2012. After relocating, he decided to sell new homes and teach the Real Estate Licensing and Continuing RE Education Courses. In 2015 Joe was recruited and interviewed by the owner of Blackstream Real Estate, LLC in Greenville, SC, and chosen to be the Broker-In-Charge of the Commercial and Residential divisions. In his new role as Executive Managing Broker, Joe plays an integral part in the continued growth of Blackstream, and most importantly continue to guide the many agents and advisors in their residential and commercial real estate endeavors.
John is licensed and qualified to conduct real estate courses in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
Prior to getting into real estate in 2005, and moving with his wife to the Carolinas, John’s career included financial executive positions with American Airlines® and Marriott®corporations. This meant a lot of traveling and living in various locations including Boston, New York, Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta.
While in Chicago, John became a real estate broker in both Illinois and Wisconsin, which also entailed being an out-of-state “Preferred Broker” for the Cliffs Communities®. This included conducting joint sales presentations to northern clients with Cliffs Communities®personnel.
John’s education includes college business degrees in Hospitality Business (BA-Michigan State University) and Finance (BBA-Eastern Michigan University), Graduate MBA Studies (Kennesaw State University), and Graduate MRE Studies (Columbia College –Realtor University). His master’s degree in real estate (MRE) is unique to the industry. He is a member of the highly prestigious Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) society, and holds a CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), which is the global standard for commercial professionals. In 2022, he was selected by Clemson University’s MBA Program to participate in two (2) International Business Studies courses at Oxford University in England.
John’s interests include golf, tennis, boating, and college sports. He also has fun with his nickname “Clark Kent,” and is known to many as SuperRealEstateMan!
